Despite her vision, Cath's career has been nothing short of remarkable.

From her early days working in the family business to her dynamic roles in the corporate world, she has proven her mettle time and again.

​

Cath has excelled as a Business Development Manager for a large corporation, led a sales team for an Employment Law company, and most impressively, started, grew, and then developed a group of businesses within the Telecommunications and Security industry, which she eventually sold.

Building on her extensive experience and driven by a passion for advocacy, Cath founded ‘Making Disability Inclusive’ which is a public speaking, training and consultancy business dedicated to raising awareness and developing knowledge of disability inclusion. This initiative began with social media accounts where Cath openly discussed the daily challenges of being severely sight impaired. By sharing personal experiences, she has built a platform that educates and inspires others.

Throughout her professional journey, Cath carried a hidden disability, choosing not to disclose her condition out of fear that it would be seen as a weakness and alter the dynamic of how others would treat her.
